In the first half of September, Beijing Apartments prices fell 1.37 percent from a month earlier, marking the first fall since March, according to figures from Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Industry analysts held that, the housing prices turnover has been slowing for several months and further contracted 4.35 percent from the same period of last month which marks a new phase for Beijing property sector.

A senior real easte analysts noted that the hot sentiments have overshot market demand and that the recent adjustment remains rational. Besides, Beijing Apartments prices would decline further, though only by a minor amount. Analysts noted that the too rapid housing price rise and a tighter policy have significantly suppressed market demand, dampened turnover and thereby dragged down prices.

However, Beijing Apartments investment is still on the rise and more and more apparent signals are showing that the property sector has stabilized.
